CORN/MAIZE EXCLUSION DIET

Thickeners |
Tip. For thickeners use Arrowroot or potato four and use cold water only- this prevents lumpiness-stir until thickened. Other thickeners include Agar and Kudzu-available from your health store |
Table salt |
Use sea salt instead of table salt as the latter can sometimes contain dextrose to stabilise the iodine content. |
