Yeast Free Low Sugar Diet
WHY EXCLUDE YEAST AND SUGAR?
Candida Albicans is a yeast which although normally found in the digestive tract can take over and produce toxins. Toxins weaken the immune system and affect the brain causing fatigue. The yeast problem is conquered by DIET, ANTIFUNGAL MEDICATION AND NUTRITIONAL SUPPLEMENTS.
YEASTS and fungi are used in many food preparation processes, and naturally occur in some foods eg. fruit.
SUGAR is the chief nutrient of yeasts and this includes all sucrose, fructose, dextrose and glucose. These sugars may be added to foods by food manufacturers so please CHECK FOOD LABELS CAREFULLY!
