I've subscribed - how do I log on?
The log on screen will appear the first time you request an article by clicking on its title. Once you have logged on you will be able to access further articles during your current session without being required to log on again.
I am unable to log on - what's wrong?

This is usually due to one of three reasons:

1. You are mis-typing your username or password - the username and password are case-sensitive so remember where you used capital letters!

2. Your web browser has cookies disabled - check the settings in the browser's security setup (in Internet Explorer under "Tools/Internet Options/Security").

3. You are using a firewall and your firewall is preventing the setting of the required cookie on your system. You will need to find out if the firewall settings can be adjusted to allow cookies for a particular site - check your firewall documentation for instructions.

What is a Cookie?

A cookie is a text file that is created on your hard drive. The cookie that is set by the Nutrition Matters site is a temporary file that notes you have logged in successfully for the duration of your visit to the site - it is deleted when you close down your web browser at the end of a session - hence it is known as a "per-session" cookie. It does not gather, store or pass on any of your personal details to Nutrition Matters or anyone else.
