| Evidence from different fields increasingly supports the Horrobin hypothesis. This states that abnormal neuronal membrane phospholipid and related highly unsaturated fatty acid metabolism contribute to neuropsychiatric disorders. This article therefore investigates the role which phospholipid supplementation may have in neuropsychiatric treatment. |
