| Pre-eclampsia is a disease of pregnancy characterised by hypertension, proteinuria, placental impairment, foetal growth retardation and a high incidence of foetal and maternal morbidity. The role of antioxidants in the pathophysiology and treatment of this disorder are examined in this review. |
