BRIDGING THE GAP - NUTRITIONAL MANAGEMENT
There is growing recognition of the role of nutrition in the prevention and treatment of disease, and in the achievement and maintenance of optimal health and well being.
The causes of many health problems can include macro- and micro-nutrient deficiencies. These have been caused in modern times by dietary changes due to lifestyle, modern food processing and farming techniques, culminating in a variety of gastrointestinal and immune disorders.
Combining medical and complementary medicine, Dr Draper seeks to redress the imbalance in the whole person by using a planned Nutritional programme to assist your conventional treatment. He can support your process of getting well by working with your doctor and/or Specialist.

Homoeopathy
Homoeopathy is a system of medicine devised some 200 years ago, based on the empirical research and observations of the18thC doctor, Samuel Hahnemann. He believed that the symptoms of disease represent the body's struggle to overcome the disease entity -- infectious or otherwise. He discovered that a healthy body's reaction to a given substance indicated the disease symptom for which it would act as a remedy: e.g. in a healthy person, if a substance produces nausea, that same substance taken by someone suffering from nausea would act as a cure. Hence the fundamental principle of Homoeopathy that 'like treats like'.
A Homoeopathic remedy acts to stimulate the body towards self healing. Remedies are selected that match constitutionally the individual patients unique make-up. Therefore two patients presenting the same symptom may receive totally different remedies. All ages can benefit from Homoeopathy.
It can help:
some arthritis; migraine; allergies; eczema; post viral syndrome; pre-menstrual tension; anxiety & stress; chronic catarrh; recurrent infections; particularly useful where ordinary drugs may have adverse side effects, especially in pregnancy; for the elderly or where contra indicated.
Instructions for handling  Homoeopathic remedies
Homoeopathic remedies require special handling and storage. They should not be touched with your fingers.
One pill should be shaken into the cap of the bottle and tipped carefully under the tongue and allowed to dissolve, or tipped directly from the envelope into the mouth. If possible the dose should be taken 30 minutes before or after having anything to eat or drink, cleaning your teeth or smoking. Do not swallow the pill with water, tea or coffee.

Certain substances are known to antidote homoeopathic remedies in some people. It is therefore advisable to avoid these substances if possible: Coffee (including decaffeinated), mint (notably in toothpaste), camphor, menthol, eucalyptus (often found in vapour rubs and cold remedies). Fennel toothpaste can be used.

Medicines should be stored away from heat, light and the above named substances.

It is important never to uncork or uncover more than one remedy at a time. The container should be uncorked or un-stoppered for the minimum time required and care taken not to allow contamination of the cork or cap before replacement.
